When designing a social media strategy, how can I determine which tools (twitter, Facebook page, blog, google, etc) are best for each type of communication. I’d like to know who uses which tools and why these chose that one.
Hey Debi, come along to the chat and lets ask that question!
Steve, will be 2am on Friday. Currently 10 hours behind you in UK
Thanks Chris! Don’t forget to do an English version!
How do you take a stagnant social media following and engage them in a way that creates lasting conversation? What’s the best way to build an audience that is interactive? How do I create content that’s engaging in that way?
Come along and ask your question!
I’m the “do it all” communications gal at my large-ish church (800 to 1,000 attendees on Sundays). I’m struggling to find a good way to allow the other staff members (20 or so people) to submit print requests, bulletin requests, PPT requests (handled by another gal), website requests, etc. in a timely manner while not overwhelming myself with the job of organizing six months’ worth of information. We have two or three staff-wide systems in place right now, a mix of paper requests and an online Google Docs form system, but too much stuff is falling through the cracks.
I don’t know if my situation is an appropriate topic for tonight’s discussion or not, but if it is, I’d love some insight on how others rein in the madness. 🙂
Come along and ask your question Rachel!
Will do! I’ll be following along from one of my secondary Twitter accounts (@CookieDesigns). Looking forward to the discussion!
